When Munster Construction and PJ Broderick Auctioneers approached us to develop the Riverwood brand, we knew we had to create something that truly reflected the heart of the development. Located in our home town of Thurles, Riverwood wasn’t just about selling homes – it was about selling a lifestyle, a sense of community, and a place where modern design meets the tranquility of nature.
Our journey began by crafting a distinct visual identity that would make Riverwood stand out. We designed a full suite of marketing materials—property brochures, 3D renders, and even a virtual tour to give potential buyers an immersive experience of the homes. The aim was to showcase the stunning 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes and highlight their energy-efficient features, stylish interiors, and the beautiful surroundings.
The story didn’t end there. We turned our attention to digital marketing, with a targeted social media campaign that brought Riverwood directly into the homes of over 102,500 people. With over 5,500 profile visits and 180 direct website clicks, the campaign effectively brought the Riverwood experience to life for potential buyers, expanding the reach by 60% and driving real engagement.
