Designedly collaborated with JSF Construction to develop the Bregawn brand, website, and marketing campaign, positioning the development as a desirable residential option. Our approach combined strategic brand identity creation, a user-friendly website, and a mix of traditional and digital marketing initiatives to effectively engage potential buyers.

Over the course of three months, our targeted social media campaign on Facebook and Instagram successfully expanded awareness, reaching 2,728 unique users and driving 1,477 profile visits, demonstrating strong interest in the development. The campaign also led to 106 direct website taps, guiding potential buyers to explore the homes and register their interest. Additionally, we built a growing online community, gaining over 300 new followers, further strengthening Bregawn’s digital presence. Designedly’s expertise in branding and marketing ensured a cohesive and engaging campaign that highlighted the unique selling points of Bregawn, ultimately driving visibility and interest in this exceptional development.
