We worked with Tipperary ETB to develop a coherent brand system that brings clarity to their organisation while respecting the hierarchy of their three key sub-brands: Schools, Further Education & Training (FET), and Youth Work. Our approach centred on creating a unified visual and messaging framework that clearly positions Tipperary ETB at the top of the architecture, while allowing each sub-brand to retain the distinct role, audience and purpose it serves. This included refining visual elements, establishing consistent typography, colour application and information hierarchy, and developing communication guidelines that support practical implementation across digital and print. The result is a structured, flexible brand system that improves recognition, strengthens internal and external communication, and aligns Tipperary ETB’s diverse educational and community services under one strong, cohesive identity.
