Designedly is currently recruiting an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team, taking the lead on social campaigns for our client brands. The ideal candidate has excellent optimisation knowledge, delivers winning engagement, creates winning strategies, and maximises conversions. You live and breathe all things Social, can demonstrate a track record in social campaign management, and are well versed in audience growth and client management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • End to end social campaign management (planning, execution, tracking, & reporting).
  • Monitor and optimise social campaigns in line with KPIs.
  • Oversee social media content calendars.
  • Manage social asset production.
  • Devise and adjust the paid social strategy as technical advancements shift.
  • Create and implement strategies to facilitate audience engagement and growth.
  • Identify additional social opportunities for Designedly.
  • Undertake competitor analysis and analyse industry trends.
  • Create compelling, audience focused copy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience as a social media manager/similar role
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in devising and executing paid social strategies
  • Experience in building and monitoring social media communities
  • Experience of social campaign management
  • Prove expertise in social copywriting
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO, web traffic and keyword research

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
